What if you could re-write the stories being retold inside your subconscious mind. These stories that guide your life are from every experience you have had, the books you have read, the TV programmes you have seen have been recorded as stories in your subconscious mind.
You may need to decide which stories you want directing your thoughts and actions and which now need to go.
Whenever we set new boundaries in our life either to avoid a habit or create a new one, it may be uncomfortable at first. Though not taking action can be comfortable, especially if that’s what you have been doing for a long time, but it is not natural to be guided by fear to not take those steps.
We are born knowing only two things Fear and Hunger and they stay with us for the whole of our life.
Fear is a powerful feeling and can stop you in your tracks from going forward and even backwards and trap you in a false position in mind and body. You may realise that there were times when you should have or could have done something but fear stopped you. False Evidence Appearing Real.
It is part of the journey we all have to walk through as part of growing up and the learning process, and sometimes it takes a bit longer and a different route than planned.
